Do you offer frames?
I usually do not frame my pieces. If the piece comes with a frame, it will be in the product description.
Do you offer returns/what if it’s damaged?
All products are final sale. In the unlikely event that your piece gets damaged during shipping, email shreyabadhwarart@gmail.com with a photo denoting damage, or fill out my contact form. You may receive a full refund.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept payment via PayPal.
Do you accept commissions?
Yes! Check out my Commissions page.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, contact me within 24 hours of placing the order and you will receive a full refund.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Shipping will vary by location. Typically it will take 8-10 business days.
Where do you ship to?
I ship to Canada and the United States.
What are your shipping costs?
It will vary by location. The shipping costs are as follows:
GTA: Free Shipping
Within Ontario: 14 CAD
Within Canada (outside Ontario): 20 CAD
United States: 24 CAD
